Samoa add record 39 runs in over

During a regional qualifier for the 2026 T20 World Cup on Tuesday, Darius Visser smashed six sixes in an over to help Samoa set a new record for men's T20 International runs in an over with 39 runs.
In the fifteenth over, the 28-year-old faced Vanuatu seamer Nalin Nipiko and six times he cleared the boundary rope. In the nine deliveries, he faced three no-balls and one dot-ball.
