Mott steps down as white-ball head coach

The England and Wales Cricket Board released a statement on Tuesday, announcing Matthew Mott's resignation as the team's white-ball head coach for the England men's cricket team. Marcus Trescothick, the assistant coach, has stepped up in the interim.

The ECB added in the statement, "The decision follows England's recent ICC T20 World Cup campaign, where the team was knocked out at the semi-final stage by eventual winners India."
