Cameron Green stands on the precipice of a remarkable return to Australia’s Test side for the World Test Championship final. With coach Andrew McDonald singing praises of Green’s recent form, which includes an impressive trio of centuries in the Gloucestershire County Championship, the young all-rounder’s selection prospects are looking brighter than ever.

As Australia A gears up for an ambitious tour of India, set to unfold between September 16 and October 5, the multi-format series will feature two four-day matches and three 50-over games in Lucknow and Kanpur. This initiative, part of the BCCI`s revitalization efforts for the India A program post-pandemic, promises to showcase emerging talents on an international stage. Meanwhile, South Africa A will also be in action, competing in Bengaluru at the newly inaugurated BCCI Centre of Excellence and M Chinnaswamy Stadium from October 30 to November 9.

Currently, the India A team is touring England, where they are engaged in two first-class matches against the England Lions, led by Abhimanyu Easwaran, who is also set to feature in the senior Test squad for the upcoming five-Test series starting June 20. In the backdrop of these developments, the IPL 2025 saw the Punjab Kings clash with Royal Challengers Bengaluru, while Gloucestershire Men prepared to face Kent Men in the T20 Blast, underscoring the vibrant cricketing landscape.
