Qatar Football Team Changes Coach

Qatar has parted ways with coach Marquez Lopez following disappointing World Cup qualifiers. Assistant Luis Garcia has been promoted to head coach. Lopez led Qatar to a second consecutive Asian Cup title in February. The Qatari Football Federation thanked Lopez for his dedication and wished him well in future endeavors.
