The New Champions League 2024/25 Format

◉ First match day will be played Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
◉ 36 teams in 1 single league.
◉ Last match day will be with 18 games simultaneously.
◉ 1st to 8th qualify for the Round of 16.
◉ 9th to 24th play Playoffs.

On the first UCL matchday of 2024/25, games will be played on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The last group matchday will be on January 29, 2025, with all 36 teams playing at 90 p.m.

Each team will play 8 Champions League group games next season: 4 at home and 4 away. #ucl #europe
