Senegal and Sadio Mane set for defence of title

In addition to Sadio Mane, Senegal has called up six Premier League players for their defense of the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) championship in Ivory Coast the following month.


Teranga Lions coach Aliou Cisse has included Tottenham midfielder Pape Matar Sarr, Everton's Idrissa Gueye, Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson, Fulham defender Fode Ballo-Toure, and Nottingham Forest's Moussa Niakhate and Cheikhou Kouyate.

The 27-man roster also includes Rangers winger Abdallah Sima and Middlesbrough goalkeeper Seny Dieng.
