The match, held at the Ningbo Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium, ended with a decisive score of 21-12, 21-14 in just 31 minutes. This victory marks the third win for the Malaysian duo against the Chinese pair in their last 11 encounters, avenging their narrow loss in the semi-finals of the Paris Olympics last August.

With this win, Aaron and Wooi Yik have advanced to the finals, where they will face either China`s Chen Boyang-Liu Yi or Indonesia`s Leo Rolly-Bagas Maulana on April 13.
