Olympic champion Rojas misses Paris through injury

Due to an Achilles tendon injury, Olympic triple jump champion Yulimar Rojas will not be competing in Paris 2024.

After suffering the injury during a workout in Spain, the Venezuelan underwent surgery in Madrid.

Rojas, the current world record holder, is a four-time world champion and won gold in the Games in Tokyo.
