UK Sport and UK Athletics are contemplating a bid to host the 2029 World Championships.

The event was last held in London and throughout the United Kingdom in 2017.

A feasibility assessment is required, but BBC Sport understands that the sport's authorities are "determined" to hold "transformational" big championships.
