Femke Bol broke her own world record in Apeldoorn

The Dutch Femke Bol broke her own world record in the 400 meters indoors on Sunday during the Dutch championships in Apeldoorn, completing her race in 49 seconds 24 hundredths. Femke Bol, double reigning world champion in the 400 meter hurdles and 4x400 meter relay, took two hundredths off her own world record, set last winter.
