Zambia Women National Team coach Bruce Mwape has named his 32-member provisional squad for next month’s international friendly match against Netherlands.
Mwape’s squad sees the return of the Europe-based trio of Rachael Kundananji, Rachael Nachula and Prisca Chilufya and some of the players that were part of the 2022 COSAFA Women’s Championship triumph in South Africa.
The Copper Queens will face the Orange Lionesses in a friendly on Thursday, October 6 at the NAC Breda stadium in Breda.
Both Zambia and Netherlands will be using the match to prepare for the ninth edition of the FIFA Women’s World Cup to be jointly hosted by Australia and New Zealand in July 2023.
The team will enter camp this weekend.
