Meet The Young Player Who Has Represented Nigeria In Two Different Sports

Azeez Suleiman Olaitan has caught the attention of people after representing Nigeria in two different sports within the space of three months.

 

Azeez Suleiman Olaitan represented Nigeria in the U18 Afrobasket  Championship in September before representing Nigeria in the Handball U18 IHF Trophy Africa Men's Continental Championship in Ethiopia

 

Born in July 2006, Azeez Olaitan is quite good in both sports and was voted the MVP at the U18 Hanball IHF Africa Men's Continental Championship in Addis Ababa. 

 

He was part of the Nigerian team to South Africa in September, and was equally dropping MVP performances in those games. 

 

Azeez scored a total of 69 points 29 rebounds 30 steal and with an efficiency of 57.0 for Nigeria in the U18 Afrobasket Championship that took place in Pretoria South Africa. 

 

Azeez was ranked Nigeria second best player in the U18 Basketball championship, behind Isaac Oluwatemitope Ezekiel who is the overall best performer for the Nigeria team who finished 7th in the competition.
