Manchester United has agree a deal to sign highly regarded defensive midfielder and Mali born international Sékou Koné from Guidars FC,

The Mali international attracted the attention of Europe's elite clubs following an  incredible performances for his nation in the under-17 world cup last year.

One of the finest holding midfield talents in his age group - Koné represents a genuine coup from INEOS, who have secured yet another top talent to join the growing core of high-potential youth at United.

Sékou Koné born in 2006 is a young defensive midfielder who impressed at the under-17s World Cup for Mali in 2023 provided two assists at the tournament.

He has 12 caps for his country at under-17s level, with his country beating Argentina in the third in the Bronze medal match.

Koné was on the list of several clubs but United have agreed deal today and he is considered top talent, he’s part of long term plans similar to Chido Obi Martin.
