His solution is this new rink. It's not complete yet – there are plans to paint lines on the pavement and install nets. However, the city has already taken steps to ensure the area's safety by erecting two prominent signs on either side of the street. One sign emphasizes that physical violence or verbal abuse will not be tolerated, while the other, larger sign outlines various regulations. These regulations include designated hours for hockey use (from 8 am until dusk), mandatory safety equipment (including a Canadian Standards Association-approved hockey helmet with a protective face cage and securely fastened chin strap), and, most prominently, a list of 11 ball hockey rules.
