Stojsavljevic, 15, denied first ever WTA win

In the opening round of the Pan Pacific Open, Japan's Moyuka Uchijima defeated British youngster Mika Stojsavljevic 6-4 6-7 (7-9) 7-6 (8-6) to deny Stojsavljevic his first-ever WTA victory.
The 15-year-old, the current US Open girls' champion, led 3-2 against Uchijima, who is rated 57th in the world, but dropped the opening set in Tokyo after losing three straight games.
