Wimbledon pump 100,000 litres of water from ground

According to the general director of AFC Wimbledon, more than 100,000 liters of water had been evacuated out of the flooded Plough Lane residence after the "entire stadium" was submerged.
According to James Woodroof of BBC Radio London, the Cherry Red Records Stadium's field sustained "significant damage" on Sunday night when the neighboring River Wandle overflowed its banks.
The third-round Carabao Cup match scheduled for Tuesday against Newcastle United has been rescheduled until October 1 at the Premier League team's St James's Park stadium.
