Curry signs one-year GSW extension

Stephen Curry signed a one-year contract deal with the Golden State Warriors that runs through 2027, putting an end to rumors about his future.
With the reported $62.6 million (Ā£47.5 million) value of the deal, the four-time NBA champion would receive a guaranteed $178 million (Ā£135 million) over the following three years.
After LeBron James, Paul George, and Kevin Durant, the 36-year-old will become the fourth NBA player to reach the $500 million mark in lifetime earnings. He has already been crowned the league's Most Valuable Player twice.
