Erik ten Hag has held 'very positive' talks

The new investors for Manchester United, Ineos, have reportedly had "very positive" discussions with Erik ten Hag.

On Tuesday, Manager Ten Hag had a meeting with Sir Jim Ratcliffe at United's training complex.

Following the announcement on Christmas Eve of the arrangement to purchase 25% of the club, Ten Hag stated he had spent "many hours" visiting with representatives from Ratcliffe and Ineos, Sir Dave Brailsford and John-Claude Blanc.

The Premier League is expected to approve the agreement in six to eight weeks.
