India win in a day and a half in Capetown

In the shortest Test match in game history, India defeated South Africa by seven wickets in just one day and a half and 642 balls.

In the middle of the afternoon session on the second day at Newlands, the tourists crossed the finish line with 79 points to triumph, capping an incredible contest.


After being bowled out for 55 on the first day, South Africa was all out for 176 at the conclusion of the second morning, despite an outstanding 106 from Aiden Markram.

With India's victory, the series concludes 1-1.
