Al Ahly Sporting of Egypt has withdrawn from the FIBA African Women's Basketball League, just before the qualified clubs are ready to play in the league's first season.
Ten teams, including Custom, a representation of Nigeria, have advanced to the event, which is set to begin this weekend.
They left without giving a reason, but the CNSS of the Democratic Republic of the Congo has been asked to take their position.
