This year's Finals, which will take place in the Chinese city of Hangzhou from December 13ā17, will have a $2.5 million prize pool, an increase from the $1.5 million awarded last year.
From now until 2026, it will rise to $3.5 million, according to the Badminton World Federation, which is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.
