Il est Erythréen,et il s'appelle Biniam Girmay.Il a remporté au sprint la troisième étape du Tour de France lundi à Turin.Societaire du club Belge d’Intermarché,il offre à l’équipe son premier succès sur le Tour, et devient le troisième coureur cycliste Africain à s’imposer sur la Grande Boucle.Avant cet exploit,il y a eu ceux des Sud-Africains Daryl Impey et Rob Hunter.
