Yann Sommer ends national-team career


Yann Sommer, 35, announced his retirement from the Swiss national team on Monday to concentrate on his career as an Inter Milan player, capping ten years as the squad's top goalie.Following Sommer's announcement, which was made public by the Swiss football association, Borussia Dortmund's Gregor Kobel is expected to assume the starting 'keeper role.
