Toronto Raptors To Retire Vince Carter No 15 Jersey

The Toronto Raptors will RETIRE Vince Carter’s No. 15 jersey in a ceremony on Saturday, November 2, 2024.


Carter, who started his career with the Raptors, will be inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2024 and will also have his jersey retired by the Brooklyn Nets on Jan. 25.

Carter, 47, was the No. 5 overall pick with the Raptors in the 1998 NBA draft and spent parts of seven seasons with the team, averaging 23.4 points and 5.2 rebounds per game in Toronto. He was the Rookie of the Year in the 1998-99 season and an All-Star six times while with the Raptors.

This comes days after the Brooklyn Nets announced they’d retire Vince’s jersey, too!
