French 4x100m Medley Relay Narrowly Misses Medal

In a fast-paced mixed 4x100m medley relay final, the United States won gold with a new world record (3:37.43), followed by China and Australia. The French quartet (Yohann Ndoye-Brourad, Léon Marchand, Marie Wattel, Beryl Gastaldello) finished fourth (3:40.96), missing out on a medal. While proud of their solid performance, the French team expressed disappointment at the lack of a podium finish, with Marchand vowing to race even faster in the upcoming 4x100m medley final.
