世界田径联合会向奥运冠军发放奖金：打破128年传统


世界田径联合会历史性地决定向巴黎奥运会的48个田径项目冠军分别发放5万美元奖金，总额达240万美元。这一举措打破了自1896年首届奥运会以来的传统，将部分奥运收入回馈给运动员。国际奥委会也将90%收入重新分配给各国奥委会和单项体育联合会，以支持运动员和体育组织。该计划将在2028年洛杉矶奥运会扩展至银牌和铜牌得主。
